Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to delivery of the course

Cancellations

Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your course to another date, cancellation must be made in writing and received by the course date. The following charges will apply:

  • More than two weeks before the course start date there will be no charge, excluding any on-line training purchases.
  • All online training purchases are non refundable.
  • Less than 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be charged.

Non-attendance

If you do not attend a course, and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.

If you arrive late for a course or miss any sessions, and we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the remaining contact time we reserve the right to refuse entry to the course. This is to conform to the requirements for course contact time, and attendance at all sessions is mandatory.

On occasions unforeseen circumstances may mean we need to cancel a course. Should this happen you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.

Requirements for blended training

Blended training is an ideal solution for students and staff who can complete the online theoretical component before they attend blended practical part two.

Our model is designed to include theoretical components from units 1, 2 and 3 (depending on the qualification) through an online system before attending a classroom session, giving the user more time to digest all the theory required to put into practice what they have learnt when they attend the classroom practical session.

We enforce the requirements to complete online theoretical training FIRST as theory is what you put into practice. This means all students who embark on the blended workplace or paediatric qualifications MUST complete the online component prior to attending classroom part two.
